CONDITIONS

• Deadline for registrations via And8: April 26, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.
• Judging system: “AND8”.

SCHOLARSHIPS, CIRCUIT INFO AND RANKINGS:

• The circuit ranking is important: all dancers ranked among the top four as of today will have a guaranteed place in the Top 32 of the Breaking Québec championship, without having to qualify.

The top four in each category of the Breaking Québec championship will be invited to take part in the Canadian championships.

The Canadian championship will be held this year in Mississauga (Ontario) during the weekend of July 12-13, as part of the JACKALOPE Mississauga festival. Several competitions will also be presented there. This is an event not to be missed.

The Breaking Québec competition will use the interactive AND8 system on the big screen.

A first place scholarship is offered in each category of the Breaking Québec championship.
A first position scholarship is awarded to each category of the CIRCUIT BREAKING QUÉBEC ranking, with a score.

First place in the Breaking Quebec championship allows you to enter directly into the top 32 of the Canadian championships, without going through qualification.

•Accommodation costs and all other expenses related to participation in the Canadian Championship in Mississauga on June 13-14 must be paid by the participant.

YOUTH COMPONENT
• There are no limits to the number of dancers each school or coach can nominate for the competition.

• Dancers must register in the category (6-9 years, 10-13 years or 14-17 years) for which they are eligible based on their dates of birth and age as of September 1, 2023.
