Workshop with Bboy Mounir in Vienna (Austria)

He is doubtlessly one of the most known Bboy Coaches of our time and has found his place alongside great artists like Renegade or Storm. On 22 April he came to Vienna for the Red Bull BC One Austria Cypher 2016 where he judged the competition and gave his well known "Hard Work Easy Everything" workshop.

For more than one hour nearly 25 participants coming from many parts of Austria and above all from the younger generation were coached by Mounir and picked up suggestions for their own skills. Mounir attached great importance on the musicality and focused the workshop exactly on this starting point. Here he enlarged on the significant features and the basics for top rocking and made the participants execute practical exercises in a classical cypher training.

"Mounir has inspired me so much that now I know even more what I'm practicing for", says one participant. Tobi Winkler aka Ibot from Salzburg had already taken part in one of Mounir's workshops before and now he benefited from what he had learned then and from what he has already understood. Here, however, he has received again a lot of new knowledge. "The workshops of Mounir are really good! I always learn something new which I can develop further for myself", tells Tobi and looks forward to seeing Mounir soon again.

In the last 15 minutes Mounir delivered again a profound speech. He makes clear instructions and never minces his words. As a great motivator he has already encouraged a lot of people to realise their full potential and to pursue their goals. With his own developed training methods he schools not only his body but also his spirit. "Hard Work Easy Everything" is the training programme of the future and already today many young dancers profit from the experience and the lifestyle of a real champion.
