DJ Nobunaga on Keeping the Music Fresh and Hype in Breaking - The Knowledge Drop Podcast #9

30.03.2023
If you've been feeling hype as f*ck when the DJ starts playing that Push T song, Let the Smokers Shine, then you have this man to thank:

DJ NOBUNAGA!!

I caught up with him at the Undisputed Masters in Tokyo this past month and here's a little conversation we had together about music and breaking.

Down with EXG Holland and Ichigeki Japan, Nobunaga's been killing it as a DJ ever since he started in 2004, just 5 years after he started breaking in '99.

You'll get to hear him talk about how he developed his own unique sound as a DJ, and learn how sound evolves at breaking jams.

Peace,

I love bringing Storm in to talk about breaking. Every time, I learn something new - even after 30 years in the dance. This time around, we chat about how our diets have changed as we get older, cutting caffeine, and how his new book "Think Breaking", is going to change the way you think about the dance - well that's just what I think.Peace,- Focus / bboydojo.com
