How it works? Very simple - send us all the important data & facts about your event and we will take care of the rest. What we need:

DETAILS ABOUT THE EVENT:

• Brief description in English
• Event day(s) (complete dates please)
• Times or schedule
• Venue information
• Program, battle categories, workshops...

DETAILS ABOUT THE ARTISTS:

• Deejays – who provides the music for the battles, jams, parties?
• Judges - Who judges each category?
• Hosts - Who will moderate?
• Guests - Are there invited or set Battle guests?
• Anything else about the line-up?
