Enter The Circle was founded in 1998 in Kiel, Germany. The Jam is one of the oldest HipHop Jams and the biggest B-Boy Battle in Northern Germany. In 2011 it was reactivated by the next generation of Hip Hop activists in Kiel. Since 2012 the event takes place two times a year in Kiel and Hamburg.
