Please note! There are two competitions going on at the same time!

Breaking Austrian Youth Open (BAYO) – All b-boys and b-girls in the respective age group are entitled to participate after registering in advance via www.and8.dance and paying the entry fee of EUR 15.00 (in advance by bank transfer to the organizer).

Austrian Youth Championship of UDVÖ – In addition to meeting the BAYO conditions (see above), membership in a UDVÖ member club and possession of a valid starting license from the UDVÖ is required for participation. Eligible to participate are Austrian citizens and dancers living in Austria with another nationality. More about that you will find on www.urbandanceverband.at.

Basically – All categories will be held with the same rundown and in the same 'Best-of-3' mode. Only the number of qualifying places will be adjusted depending on the number of participants in each category (see below). In the 'Best-of-3', a maximum of 3 rounds are danced. The winner is the first to win 2 rounds. The result is displayed after each round. A round or a set may not last longer than 45 seconds. The host will announce this accordingly and also point this out during the battle.

Deadline for all categories is 1 January 2023!

1vs1 B-GIRL KIDS

This is an international category open for all countries. B-Girls 11 years and younger are allowed to participate.

• Qualification: 2 rounds per dancer (Showbattle)
• TOP8: Best of 3
• TOP4: Best of 3
• Finals: Best of 3 (incl. 3rd Place)

1vs1 B-BOY KIDS

This is an international category open for all countries. B-Boys 11 years and younger are allowed to participate.

• Qualification: 2 rounds per dancer (Showbattle)
• TOP8: Best of 3
• TOP4: Best of 3
• Finals: Best of 3 (incl. 3rd Place)

1vs1 B-GIRL JUNIORS

This is an international category open for all countries. B-Girls between 12 and 15 years are allowed to participate.

• TOP8: Best of 3
• TOP4: Best of 3
• Finals: Best of 3 (incl. 3rd Place)

1vs1 B-BOY JUNIORS
