This time we will Focus on two topics: StoryTelling & Footwork, with both these topics, we will be taking time twice per case. First classes per topic we will work with the subject's foundations, and in part 2 we will dive deeper into the topics. For what will this help for your dance?
Storytelling: As a dancer, you want to be able to to tell a story every time you move, for some people its easy but for some is hard to go deeper within yourself and to unleash the story you want to express. With this topic, we want to help you to be able to reach a more expansive vocabulary of how you can tell a story in your freestyle.
Footwork: We all want to be able to use our feet effortlessly while dancing. There is a difference between just standing on your feet when you dance and moving your feet to dance in different ways as a way of expression. With this topic, we want to help you develop your footwork with your freestyle.

How we treat and carry ourselves is a big part of our journey as a dancer. There is no dance without soul, and our soul is the energy that encompasses the Body, Mind and Emotions. Our Body is our temple, our primary tool of expression—the physical projection of our soul. Our mind is the mental projection which can put us in a position where there are no limits ahead of us. Meaning that besides dance, we also want to share specific workouts that will improve your overall body fitness to become stronger and prevent injuries or even exercises for your body or as a rehab if you already fighting with injuries.
