His non traditional musicality and engaging crowd control made him a well respected presence at some of the biggest HipHop Events in the world. Mainly known for his strong stage appeal, charisma and energy on the mic he quickly became one of the most requested Battle Hosts in Europe (JUSTE DEBOUT, BC ONE, BOTY, FFS, BBC). Originally starting off as a Rapper, Redchild combines strong improvisational skill (FREESTYLE) on the mic as well as on Instruments, with technical versatility (BA Audio Production) and organisational skills. Next to running his own record Label Iaido Records, organising the Live Jam Session MO’JAMS the Hamburg based artist still finds the time to put out new music. Redchild amazes audiences with unique spontaneous creations, full songs even, in which he implements his audiences input, seemingly blending HipHop, Jazz, his west African heritage, and urban philosophy into a uniquely momentary experience.
