Elite Force Crew entstand im Jahr 1992 am Set von Michael Jacksons Musikvideodreh zu "Remember the time". Der Begriff "Elite" wurde als eine Beschreibung der Tänzer verwendet, welche die forderste Linie und Front der Formation im Video bildeten. Sie wurden so zur treibenden Kraft "Force" dieser Tanzperformance. Am Ende waren sie die Tänzer im Video, die man am Meisten bermerkte. Nach dem Video war die Gruppe in aller Munde. Sie tanzten in zahlreichen Musikvideos, bei diversen TV-Auftritten, Dokumentationen und bei Konzerten. Gemeinsam mit der MopTop Family wurde die Kulisse und gewaltige Performance Power hinter Musikkünstlern wie Mariah Carey, Will Smith, TLC und vielen anderen geschaffen. Die Gruppe bekam so den Ruf immer die innovativste Choreographien zu haben.
