Battle Of The Gods in St. Petersburg 2016

Juli 2016 ist es nun endlich soweit, denn das "Battle Of The Gods" bringt zwei der legendärsten Bboys des Tanzuniversums im Cypher zusammen und lässt die Welt an einem tänzerischen Fight über 6 Runden teilhaben!St. Petersburg (Russia). Im Moment sind dort "weiße Nächte", d.h. durch die Erdkrümmung und den Stand der Sonne wird es Nachts nicht ganz dunkel. Umso besser denn viel Zeit zum Schlafen hat dort sowieso niemand vom 30.6. bis zum 3.7.2016. Es ist V1 Festival, das größte Hip Hop Festival in Russland. Auf dem Programm stehen u.a. Music Battles im Scratchen und Beat Producing, Breaking Battles, Rap Freestyle Battles, Graffiti Sessions, Funky Drummer Battles und Rap Konzerte.
Das Highlight wird jedoch zweifelsohne das Battle zwischen Rock Steady Crew Legende Richard Colón aka Crazy Legs und der deutschen Battle Squad Legende Niels Robitzky aka Storm. Organisiert wurde dies durch Tony Rock von der Top Nine Crew aus St. Petersburg (Russia). Bereits im Januar 2016 liefen die Gespräche und so wurde der Deal kurzerhand fixiert. Seit einigen Monaten sind die beiden Kontrahenten, die sonst gute Freunde sind, voll im Modus und bereiten sich intensiv auf diese Herausforderung vor. Jeder will bereit sein und abliefern – natürlich den Besuchern aus der ganzen Welt - eine gute Show bieten.
Viele tanzbegeisterte Szeneheads haben bereits ihr Ticket nach St. Petersburg gebucht und auch das benötigte Visum beantragt. Einmal mehr wird es einen Moment geben, den die Welt so noch nicht erlebt hat und der wohl kein zweites Mal kommen wird. Ein Meilenstein und eine Geschichte, die man sich noch in vielen Jahren erzählen wird, steht uns unmittelbar bevor. Das Team von and8.dance ist natürlich live dabei und berichtet vor Ort von diesem legendären und epischen Ereignis.
